Darrow School is a proud boarding school in Lebanon, upstate New York. The school offers a rigorous college-preparatory programme for high school age pupils in grades 9-12 as well as a postgraduate year programme. The school was founded in 1932 as a boys’ school in the Shaker tradition. Lebanon has a well-established Shaker community, and the school was designed to accommodate young men from this community and from other Shaker families across the Northeast. It has since become a co-educational school and invites applications from all faiths and none.
