It is with profound dismay that I assess Al Ashbal. The management exhibits an unparalleled combination of arrogance and wilful ignorance, operating with imperious disregard for constructive dialogue or educational best practices. Decisions are capricious and stagnant, fostering an atmosphere of administrative paralysis.
Most deplorable, however, is the systemic discrimination ingrained within its culture. Fairness is sacrificed to arbitrary favoritism, creating a toxic hierarchy based on connections or status rather than merit or need. Witnessing this blatant marginalisation evokes deep revulsion, betraying the fundamental sanctity an educational institution should uphold.
The cumulative effect is a corrosive environment detrimental to both learning and professional dedication. Utter disgust is the only response to such entrenched mismanagement and morally repugnant inequity. This institution violates the sacred trust placed in it. Avoid unequivocally.
